Criticalproperly Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not spray, treat termites, remove animals or do any other pest work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Are Separate Businesses

The providers you meet through us run their own businesses. Each one is solely responsible for its estimates, prices, products, scheduling, work, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, manage or direct them. We make no promise about whether a provider is available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask to see proof of license and insurance. Get the estimate in writing.
