Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Criticalproperly Pest Control wants everyone to be able to use criticalproperly.property, including people with disabilities. This statement shares how we think about it. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want the site to work for as many people as we can reach. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That is a common rulebook for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To help with access, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let people move around the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label every form field clearly
Gaps You May Find
Some parts of the site may not meet these standards yet. Tools from other companies, such as embedded features, may be outside our control. We check the site now and then. When we find a problem with the site, we work to correct it.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider. You can also email contact@criticalproperly.property, and we will do our part to assist.
Send Us Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Email contact@criticalproperly.property and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive tool you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
Tell us what happened
Tell us what you found at home. Send a short request and a provider in our network can follow up with next steps and an estimate.
